Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a genuine impact across diverse school environments. This district-wide float position places you at the heart of school-based behavioral services, allowing you to work flexibly with varying age groups and needs.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Previous school-based BCBA experience preferred Strong understanding of K-12 academic and behavioral supports Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly in diverse educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Rotate across district schools as assigned, providing behavioral consultation and support Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement interventions Collect and analyze student behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust supports Train and support school personnel in positive behavioral strategies and fidelity of BIP implementation Attend team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and offer expert recommendations This contract role is ideal for those who thrive on variety, value flexible placements, and appreciate the opportunity to work with a broad K-12 population.
