- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
- Assist in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation processes
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback on client progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to teach new skills and modify behaviors
- Work closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder to improve their quality of life
- Assist in health and hygiene routines such as toileting, diaper changes, toothbrushing, handwashing, etc. Requirements
- Previous experience or education in behavioral therapy or special education is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in data collection related to client progress
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to learn and apply new therapeutic techniques as directed by BCBAs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to play with and keep up with active children, including being able to move quickly throughout the work environment.

$18.00- $23.
