Registered Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

Current RBT certification in good standing, or ability to attain RBT certification within 30 days Knowledge of ABA, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred Experience with high intensity maladaptive behaviors Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative setting Experience implementing behavior intervention plans Work 1:1 with individuals who have behavioral needs Implement behavior intervention plans Assist in training & model correct implementation of BIPs Work collaboratively with staff and BCBA __________
