Behavior Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team, part-time. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with individuals requiring behavioral support and will play a crucial role in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and an Assistant Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Current working hours are 11:45am-5pm most days. Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 therapy using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment goals
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Requirements
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
• Familiarity with data collection methods in behavioral therapy
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records
