Job Description
Come Grow With Us Born to Blossom Behavioral Therapy is looking for a dependable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! RBTs work one-on-one with children with autism to build meaningful skills in communication, play, social interaction, independence, and daily life. You'll follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and spend a lot of your day actively playing, teaching, moving, and interacting with kids. Already an RBT? Great. Not certified yet? That's okay, too. We provide training and support qualified candidates through the process of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children Teach communication, social, play, safety, and independence skills Follow treatment plans and collect accurate data Work closely with BCBAs and other team members Communicate professionally with families and coworkers Participate in ongoing training and feedback What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable being active and working directly with children Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work as part of a team Ability to complete required background checks and RBT certification requirements Why Born to Blossom?
