Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) The Registered Behavior Technician position is a Full-Time (30-40 hrs/week) position. Monday-Friday, 8a-4p. Responsible, reliable candidates only.
Qualifications:
  • RBT certification must be obtained within 2 weeks
  • Must have High School diploma
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Preferred experience in childcare
  • Preferred experience working with children with ASD
  • Must have or obtain CPR certification prior to start date Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
  • Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kids with Autism reach their full potential
  • Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting and required documentation
  • Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Maintain RBT certification and proper documentation
  • Collaboratively work with our BCBA Team and RBT's, as well as our, SLP's, OT's, PT and Psychology

Special Demands:
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to walk, run, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time, and engaged in physical activity

Deb's Center for Child & Family Development is a private clinic in Leawood KS, recognized for its' exceptional service to the community. Innovative and evidenced based practices are foundational in this collaborative setting. The RBT is an integral Team member who provides family centered ABA services to clients. Dr. Deb's Center offers Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Psychology along with ABA.
