Job Description

Responsibilities Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching Participate in the staff interview process Participate in monthly all-team meeting, reviewing the center and clinical needs Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff
Requirements:
Master's Degree Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly valued Additional experience in the ABA community is highly valuedPreferred Skills:
Dedication to clinical excellence A strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calmness and patience Compassionate with a high EQ Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership, and parents/caregivers Experience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM, or PRT All staff are eligible for a pay raise of up to $2 within the first 4-6 months!Job Type:
