Grow with us and take on new challenges Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities As an RBT, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document data on client progress Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
