In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Your expertise will help improve clients' quality of life by applying evidence-based practices within a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting focused on continuous improvement. Duties Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and data analysis. Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies. Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting to adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and regulations. Conduct regular supervision meetings to review case progress, troubleshoot challenges, and provide professional development guidance. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to enhance service quality. Skills Strong knowledge of ABA principles, including data collection, analysis, and behavior modification techniques. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while providing clear guidance on technical aspects related to data management.
