Company Description Inspire Therapy LLC is a clinical service provider that offers individualized therapy services to children and teens to enhance their lives. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and nurturing services that will produce positive changes in the lives of those we serve. Our qualified team provides direct, comprehensive and individualized therapy services in a clinic setting located in Lenexa, KS. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician. The Registered Behavior Technician will work directly with children and teens to provide behavioral interventions, primarily through play. The role requires working closely with the clinical team to provide exceptional support and care for clients and their families. Qualifications Excellent communication skills to work with clients, their families, and the clinical team Experience in providing behavioral interventions Must possess current RBT certification and be in good standing with the BACB or be willing to obtain the credential with company support. Ability to follow instruction/interventions with precision while being positive, excited, and engaged with clients Ability to maintain highly professional and ethical standards in all aspects of work Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred but not required Experience with special needs population is a plus Must be able to sit, crouch, stand, and play on the floor for up to 20 minutes at a time. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
