• Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm at our Overland Park clinic.

What Will You Do? Implement fun, personalized ABA strategies one-on-one with clients in-home Collect and analyze data to track progress and celebrate wins Communicate like a pro with team members and families Participate in exciting staff meetings and trainings Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence. What Do You Need? RBT certification preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Love working with children — babysitters, teachers, daycare heroes, and students in psychology or related fields, this is for YOU! Physical ability to assist clients when needed Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly personality Who Are Our Ideal Candidates? People who love helping children and making a difference Students or professionals in psychology, occupational therapy, early childhood education, or related fields Support professionals like babysitters, nannies, teachers' aides, daycare workers, or direct support professionals
