Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients' developmental goals Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment plans Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care tasks Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching and reinforcement strategies aligned with applied behavior analysis principles Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that encourages growth, learning, and behavioral management Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification prior to start date Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention strategies effectively Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance Excellent communication skills and patience when working with individuals with autism or other developmental challenges Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment Join us in making a positive impact!
