Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Bardstown area. The RBT will work directly with individuals with an autistic child in their home, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best behavioral therapy services possible. This specific role will be working part-time with a kiddo in the family home. Since services are in-home, previous experience is a plus! Duties Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies for clients with autism and related disorders. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions. Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive outcomes. Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and patient care. Requirements 18+ High school diploma No previous experience is necessary, however, RBT Training (provided by
ABA, LLC
) must be completed within 6 months of starting training Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus. Excellent communication skills for educating clients and collaborating with team members. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to improving the lives of those we serve.
