Full-Time About Us At NeuLife Rehabilitation, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI). We provide innovative rehabilitation programs and person-centered care to help our clients regain independence, improve quality of life, and achieve their goals. We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Behavioral Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with TBI and/or SCI in a residential, outpatient, or community-based setting. Implement behavior plans designed by clinical staff to help individuals achieve their therapeutic and personal goals. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and social integration as needed. Document behavioral observations, progress, and incidents accurately and timely. Support individuals in developing skills such as communication, self-care, socialization, and emotional regulation. Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care. Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all clients. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience working with individuals with TBI, SCI, or other neurological conditions is preferred but not required - training provided. Ability to follow individualized care and behavior plans accurately. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations. Ability to lift, transfer, or assist clients with mobility as needed (training provided). CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
