A Behavior Technician (also known as a Registered Behavior Technician or RBT) is a 1 on 1 therapist, that means that you get to work directly with children to create lasting impact on their lives and build them a better future.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1-on-1 therapy with a child with autism Teach them skills like better communication, how to interact with others, and daily living skills so they can become more independent and fulfilled Work under a Master level therapist who will provide you with the training plan for each child you work with Communication progress with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
