Job Description
We're looking for a registered behavior technician to join treatment teams working with children (Typically ages 3-6). The ideal candidate will have their RBT certification, a background in ABA therapy or working with children, the ability to work well alongside others to help clients achieve their goals, a positive outlook, and will be a person the kids they work with can rely on. This position offers paid holidays off with some additional PTO, flexibility in scheduling, paid lunch, free clinical supervision for staff pursuing a master's degree, a QSEHRA (Health Reimbursement) for full time staff, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with some really awesome kids!
Responsibilities:
Follow the behavior support plan and individualized treatment plan to conduct sessions. Communicate with family members and other members of the treatment team. Implement skill development programs and collect accurate data on a client's behavior and progress. Complete accurate and timely documentation of sessions.
