Job Description
Higher Ground ABA is currently hiring for an in-person BCBA to provide ABA services at our Louisville clinic and within the community! Responsibilities of the Behavior Analyst Conduct skills assessments and functional behavior assessments. Familiar with VB-MAPP, ABLSS, AFLS and other related assessments. Independently develop treatment plans to specifications of funding source and company. Develop teaching programs based on skills assessments conducted. Utilize positive approach, least intrusive and least restrictive methodology Base decisions upon the best available evidence with considerations for clinical expertise, client values, and context. Provide training and technical assistance to carry out recommendations and plans, which shall occur within the settings in which the recommendations, home treatment, or support plans are to be carried out. Supervise RBTs, practicum students and extended team members as required Provide ongoing parent training Adherence to professional and ethical compliance code Work closely with clinical director regarding business decisions and overall direction of company
