Job Description

Immediate opening. Looking for a committed, reliable, and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, to work with non-verbal or minimally-verbal children diagnosed with Autism. Position requires the staff to work with highly energetic children with behavior difficulties. The position may require climbing, lifting, carrying, and sitting on floor for extended periods of time. Marin Autism Interventions, LLC (MAI) offers quality ABA services to families in the east end of Louisville in Jefferson County. This position is for clinic-based at our Louisville location, Mon-Fri. Employees may be required to provide some services in the client's home. Highly competitive wages based on experience. Minimum Qualifications:
Must currently possess an RBT registry number and be registered in good standing with the BACB. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Registry check Must be a high school graduate with at least 500 hours experience working with special needs children. AA degree or higher preferred. Must possess an automobile and be fully insured. Must become CPR/ First Aid or BLS certified. Training must have been accredited and performed in a classroom setting. No online certifications. $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
