This role involves developing treatment plans, training staff and families, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with other professionals to support individual client needs. - Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options to meet client needs
- Consult with and teach staff, caregivers, and team members on proactive educational programming and behavioral supports
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with related service providers as appropriate
- Provide direct staff supervision and evaluate staff performance verbally and in writing
- Conduct clinical assessments using evidence-based instruments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL
- Write and update reports including measurable goals, progress, and graphing
- Develop parent training goals and participate in monthly family training
- Train staff on individual behavior intervention plans and proper ABA techniques
- Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Services at that time included education and therapy for children of all abilities, as well as employment and support programs for adults with disabilities. In 2004, the organization saw the need to expand and move the early childhood education center to a second location. Because of this expansion, the organization was able to double the number of children and adults served. In 2013, the organization added the prescribed pediatric extensive care program, known as The Lily Pad, to serve children with complex medical needs in a medical-model early childhood education center.
