Job Description

Take on a vital role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school-based setting. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity runs from September 14, 2026, through May 19, 2027, serving a dynamic educational environment near Benton, LA. You will make a genuine difference, working face-to-face with learners and helping them reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards Team-oriented with a caring, flexible approach
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with supervising BCBA to support students' learning and emotional growth Provide direct behavioral support to students across classroom and school environments Collect detailed data on student progress and respond to feedback from supervising clinicians Adapt to evolving needs across the caseload and communicate observations promptly Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere in all student interactions

The agency will ensure BCBA supervision; payment for this is managed through the RBT placement and does not require extra coordination on your part.
