Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact through teletherapy in a contract role for the 2026-2027 school year! This position offers the chance to lead, supervise, and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on positive student outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings Proficient with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation Strong leadership abilities—capable of supervising and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, support staff, and families Thorough understanding of developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Self-motivated with solid organizational and time-management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise three RBTs working across the district, offering support, feedback, and professional guidance Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs tailored to student needs Consult with teachers to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom settings Participate actively in meetings, IEPs, and interdisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines Utilize teletherapy methods to provide remote behavioral support and consultations Foster positive, proactive relationships with students, families, and school teams
Position Details:
Weekly commitment of 32.5 hours Contract runs from August 2026 through May 2027 Transform students' educational experiences and professional practice in a fully supportive, collaborative virtual environment.
