Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Prior experience working in K-12 or similar school settings preferred Demonstrated skill in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Ability to train, guide, and collaborate with educational staff and families Solid documentation and data analysis skills to monitor student progress Adaptable and compassionate, with a commitment to fostering student growth
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to a caseload of 30 students Conduct assessments; develop, implement, and monitor effective behavioral interventions and supports Consult with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistency across settings Lead professional development and training for staff on behavioral principles and strategies Maintain detailed records of interventions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school guidelines Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed Perks of this position include a set schedule with Mondays off and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school community.
