Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Are you passionate about supporting students and making a difference in educational settings? This contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) enthusiastic about fostering positive change within school communities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and mentor a dedicated team of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding them in best practices through ongoing training, supervision, and hands-on modeling of targeted behavioral interventions. Your expertise will help shape a supportive, collaborative environment where staff and students can thrive. Enjoy a Tuesday through Friday workweek, totaling 34 hours per week—giving you long weekends and a consistent schedule. This position is especially tailored for professionals open to travel assignments, offering the chance to broaden your impact and experience new settings.
Ideal candidates will have:
Valid BCBA certification Experience supervising RBTs or similar staff in a school or clinical setting Strong background in designing and implementing behavioral plans Ability to provide effective training and model behavioral strategies for staff Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Flexibility to embrace travel assignments as needed Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the performance and growth of three RBTs Delivering training and professional development focused on Applied Behavior Analysis Implementing and modeling effective behavioral interventions tailored for school environments Collaborating with teams to support positive outcomes for students Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting compliance standards This is an opportunity to work with a valued client who has a longstanding reputation for supporting professionals in their field.
