Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Embrace an exciting contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working onsite in a dynamic educational environment near Haughton, LA. This full-time role involves supporting students throughout a school year, making a meaningful impact by delivering specialized behavioral interventions and fostering positive student outcomes. Your main focus will be delivering services as a certified RBT, collaborating with educational teams, and working under BCBA supervision arranged by your agency. You'll join a dedicated staff ready to welcome your expertise to their supportive classroom settings.
Desired Qualifications:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required Prior experience serving school-aged individuals preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and data collection Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable to changing classroom needs
What You'll Do:
Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student progress and inclusion Accurately collect and analyze data on student behaviors Report progress and maintain thorough documentation per program protocols Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times
