Registered Behavior Technician Registered Line Technician Paid Training Work with Children

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect data during sessions to track progress Support children through challenging behaviors using positive behavior strategies Work closely with families and supervisors to support treatment goals Maintain professional documentation and confidentiality Participate in ongoing training to continue developing your skills in behavioral therapy The Type of Person Who Thrives Here This job is perfect for someone who: Loves working with children Is patient, encouraging, and positive Wants a meaningful career helping others Is interested in psychology, education, behavioral therapy, and child development Enjoys celebrating progress and small wins Strong communicators who work well with a team Detail-oriented when tracking progress and collecting data Experience with children or individuals with autism, childcare, education, or developmental disabilities is helpful but not required .
