Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity that makes a real impact in school settings! As a dedicated BCBA, you will provide essential behavioral services, coaching, and supervision to both students and staff. Your leadership will be instrumental as you oversee three RBTs, providing them with hands-on training, modeling effective interventions, and ensuring high standards of support for each child's unique needs. Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor RBTs or similar staff Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support three RBTs, ensuring fidelity of implementation for all behavioral programs Deliver training sessions and real-time behavioral modeling for school staff Collaborate with educational teams to develop and adapt effective behavior intervention plans Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress, adjusting supports as needed Maintain accurate records and provide clear, timely documentation Enjoy a Tuesday through Friday schedule with 34 hours per week, leaving your Mondays free and your workload balanced.
