Patient interaction Health information management Medical terminology Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies Maintain accurate medical records, patient assessments, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Lead intake sessions to gather client history and establish treatment goals aligned with client needs and family priorities Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities or developmental delays Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation practices Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and conduct patient care assessments effectively Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information Join us in empowering individuals through innovative behavioral health solutions!
