Lagniappe Pediatrics Rehab & Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians who want to help children with autism and developmental differences thrive through play-based, evidence-driven therapy. What you'll do: Work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities. Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA. Collect data and celebrate every milestone. Communicate with families and your supervising BCBA to keep sessions engaging & effective.
What you need:
Active RBT certification (or willing to complete within 90 days — we can help). Patience, creativity, and a love for helping kids succeed. Reliable transportation to families across the metro area.
