Key Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience supervising RBTs or training support staff strongly preferred Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention plans Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills Comfort working collaboratively and adapting approaches for school-based settings Flexibility and enthusiasm for contract roles and travel opportunities
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of 3 RBTs, ensuring high standards of practice Deliver ongoing staff training and directly model effective behavioral interventions Consult with educational teams to support the implementation of behavior plans Monitor client progress and document all services in compliance with district protocols Foster a solution-focused atmosphere that promotes growth and achievement for all
