The Behavior Train is a pediatric ABA therapy clinic dedicated to helping children with autism and special needs thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services in a calm, structured, and drama-free environment. If you have a heart for psychology, special education, or pediatric therapies — and you value harmony, teamwork, and making a quiet but powerful impact — this could be the meaningful next step on your journey. We're looking to hiring an individual to develop into an ABA practitioner. As part of our close-knit team, you'll play a steady, supportive role in helping children build essential skills while contributing to something bigger than yourself. What You'll Do Deliver engaging 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children (ages 2-9) using positive reinforcement and praise Implement individualized treatment plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect accurate data and take detailed session notes to track each child's progress Use natural environment teaching, play-based activities, and structured lessons to build communication, social, and daily living skills Partner with families and your clinical team to create consistent, supportive progress for every child Who We're Looking For We want someone who naturally brings calm, patience, and compassion to the team: A genuine love for children, especially those with special needs or who feel overlooked Passionate about helping others and contributing to a greater good Patient, great at noticing details, and skilled at data collection and note-taking Values the power of praise and positive reinforcement Takes the work seriously but doesn't take themselves too seriously More introverted or balanced in energy — comfortable focusing on one child at a time while still being a reliable team player Coachable, committed, and excited to learn a meaningful new skill set Interested in behavior, psychology, education, or child development If you're seeking a safe, structured, drama-free workplace with a clear path for growth, a supportive team that feels like a true community, and the chance to belong to work that matters — we'd love to meet you.
