Job Description

Job Title:
Social Skills Technician Ideal Availability:
Monday
  • Friday 8:30 am
  • 7:00 pm. Sat 8:00 am
  • 1:00 pm would be beneficial
General Job Function:
Provide a minimum of 12 hours of direct client-facing services and lead client group sessions. Paid time to prepare all materials for groups running and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED, experience working with children
Essential Physical Requirements:
You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.).
Duties:
Working with students of varying ages and backgrounds (e.g., autism, developmental disabilities, etc.) Direct implementation of behavior analytic therapy (e.g., Behavior Plan implementation, data collection, implementation of skill acquisition programs, etc.) under the direction of a BCBA Provide patient-facing services as needed Provide administrative support for social skills groups as needed (e.g., making materials, assist with lesson planning, consult to social skills supervisor, etc.) Interaction with all stakeholders in a professional and dignified manner Accurate reporting of such duties on your timesheet. Please note, that your title, duties, responsibilities, and reporting relationships may evolve or change from time to time as the Company deems it necessary and appropriate to respond to its business circumstances and your relationship with them.
