Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level in a dynamic contract position for the 2026-2027 school year. As an onsite BCBA/Autism Specialist, you will play an essential role across four schools, supporting students, teachers, and paraprofessionals with behavior consultation and evidence-based practices focused on students with autism.

Key Qualifications:

Current, active BCBA certification (screenshot or proof required upon submission) Experience working as a BCBA or Autism Specialist within a school environment Demonstrated skill in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Proven ability to coach teachers and paraprofessionals on effective behavior strategies Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Reliable transportation (travel required among four nearby school sites) Ability to pass a drug screen, fingerprinting, and CORI/background check

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide behavior consultation and support for students and staff across multiple school sites Conduct in-depth FBAs and develop individualized BIPs aligned with best practices Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster effective learning environments for students with autism Deliver classroom coaching and on-the-spot guidance for teachers and paraprofessionals Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning as needed
