Based onsite and working across four school sites, this role emphasizes hands-on collaboration to support students with autism, guide staff, and foster positive behavioral outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in school-based behavior consultation, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). In addition, you'll work closely with teachers and paraprofessionals, offering classroom coaching and expert support for students in autism classrooms.

Desired Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification (required; submit documentation with your application) Previous experience working within school settings as a BCBA or Autism Specialist Demonstrated expertise in conducting FBAs and designing effective BIPs Strong background coaching educational staff in behavior intervention strategies Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams and supporting specialized autism programs
