At Achieve ABA, we make every effort to assign clients based on proximity to your home whenever possible to help minimize travel and support work-life balance. Position Overview This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to provide services in both our center-based and in-home programs. RBTs will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA. To support guaranteed hours and continuity of employment, employees may be assigned non-billable duties, administrative projects, training activities, client preparation tasks, center support responsibilities, and other work-related assignments when client hours are unavailable. Essential Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Provide direct ABA therapy services in home and center settings Collect and record accurate session data Maintain professional and timely documentation Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members Participate in supervision, training, and staff meetings Assist with center operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned Support clinical and operational initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery QualificationsRequired Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to travel within assigned service areas Ability to work in both center-based and in-home environments Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to pass required background checks Preferred Experience providing ABA services Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and professional Flexible and team-oriented Compassionate and patient Motivated to learn and grow Committed to providing high-quality services Comfortable working in both home and center environments About Achieve ABA At Achieve ABA, we are committed to providing exceptional ABA services while creating a supportive and rewarding workplace for our employees.
