This position is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible schedule while gaining hands-on experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. Per diem BTs help provide coverage for open cases, staff absences, schedule changes, and other staffing needs. Opportunities may be available in our center as well as in clients' homes and community settings.

Service Areas:
Webster, Leicester, Northborough, Southborough, Holden, Auburn, Gardner, and surrounding areas What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Teach communication, social, daily living, play, and other functional skills. Collect accurate data on client goals and behaviors. Use reinforcement and other evidence-based ABA strategies. Assist clients with transitions and participation in daily activities. Maintain professional and appropriate communication with families and clinical team members. Complete required session documentation accurately and on time. Provide coverage across available cases based on your availability and preferred service area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. ABA, childcare, special education, behavioral health, or related experience is a plus. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases. Ability to complete required training and competency requirements. Strong communication, reliability, patience, and professionalism. RBT certification is a plus but is not required to apply . Why Join Achieve ABA? Flexible per diem scheduling.
