We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high quality, ethical ABA services while enjoying the flexibility to build a caseload that fits their schedule and professional goals. At ABC, we are committed to assent based, compassionate clinical practices that prioritize dignity, independence, and family centered care. Our BCBAs receive ongoing clinical collaboration and mentorship while maintaining the autonomy to choose the size of their caseload and availability. About ABC Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve independence and social awareness for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder while supporting and empowering their families. We provide individualized, evidence based services including one to one in home ABA therapy, center based services, social skills groups, and community programming. Every program is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of each client and family. Job Summary The Per Diem BCBA provides clinical assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and consultation for clients receiving ABA services in home and center based settings. This position offers the flexibility to determine your own caseload size and schedule while collaborating with a supportive clinical leadership team. Whether you are looking to supplement an existing position or gradually build a larger caseload, we will work with you to create a schedule that meets your needs. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments for newly referred clients as assigned Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices Maintain consistent communication with families through supervision, email, and phone Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to ensure quality and compliance Collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification Current LABA or ability to obtain Massachusetts licensure Experience providing ABA services across home, clinic, or community settings Experience collaborating with parents and caregivers Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices Autism Behavioral Center provides equal opportunity in all of our employment practices and to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender or gender identity, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military status or any other category protected by federal, state and local laws.
