Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance Actively contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values collaboration and professional growth Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA services Experience working closely with parents and families Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practicesSimilar remote jobs
