At RCS, we are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team and do just that. We have been providing the highest quality of ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities throughout Massachusetts for over 25 years.

Qualifications:
Enjoy working with children Have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related fieldPreferably have or be working towards a Bachelors degreeAble to work afternoon and evening hoursReliable transportationCandidates with an Associates Degree and experience may be consideredExperience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coachAble to submit a transcriptIf you do not meet these qualifications but the position interests you, please apply anyway!
