Job Summary:
Conducts assessments, reviews data and develops treatment plans in accordance with Community Employment regulatory requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
Conducts behavioral and development health assessments for participants supported in Day Habilitation within 45 days of intake, every two years, or significant change of status. Develops Behavioral Support Plans in accordance with the Department of Development Services regulations. Collects information for plan development through on-site observation, record review and intervies. Develops behavioral treatment plans and presents to Human Rights Committee /or other governing agencies. Collects behavioral data and analyzes effectiveness of treatment recommending changes to plans as needed. Works collaboratively with other clinical team members, Program Directors and support staff. Attends monthly Day Habilitation Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and team meetings as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in special education, psychology, or another related field required. BCBA certificate and Massachusetts license required. Minimum two years' experience with individuals with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, and other behavior related disorders. Demonstrated professional written and oral communication skills. Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
