Position Overview:

The Pizzeria Regina Pizzamaker is the heart of our operation. In this position you will be charged with producing consistently high•quality brick oven pizzas according to time honored family recipes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

: Making a high quality, consistent product from scratch adhering to our exact recipe specifications every time . Prepping toppings and other items as needed. Working the ovens. Stocking and restocking the station as needed. Proper stretching and dough handling. Working with wooden and metal boards / peels. Setting up, cleaning and breaking down the work station.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

: High School diploma and / or GED is preferred Prior kitchen experience is necessary. Prior Pizza making is preferred. A passion to please and work in a fast•paced team environment to provide an award•winning experience for our guests is essential!
