Job Description Job Title:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Brockton Public Schools is seeking a collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting. The BCBA will partner with building administrators, educators, school adjustment counselors, and related service providers to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral supports. Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral consultation and support for students in general education and special education settings
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with building leadership, MTSS, PBIS, Student Support, and IEP teams
• Support the implementation of positive behavior interventions and school-wide behavioral practices
• Develop and monitor behavior-related IEP goals and analyze student data to guide interventions
• Promote inclusive learning environments that support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and academic success Qualifications
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working in school settings with students across a range of ages and disabilities preferred
• Experience supporting students in both general education and special education environments
• Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and using data to guide interventions
• Knowledge of IDEA, special education regulations, and IEP development
• Experience implementing or supporting PBIS and/or MTSS frameworks strongly preferred
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and consultation skills

$58,552 to $121,699
