Our part-time home and community Behavior Technician positions are designed for individuals who want to contribute meaningful work while maintaining balance with other priorities. We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed-without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule. You'll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle. This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision Implement treatment plans in home and community settings Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children Collect accurate session data and progress notes Communicate with families and clinical supervisors Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Reliable attendance within your committed availability Compassionate engagement with children and families Accurate data collection and documentation Professional communication and follow-through Openness to feedback and learning

Pay Range Hourly Rate:
