Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Previous experience providing behavioral analysis in school settings preferred Skilled with all age groups and comfortable adapting to diverse student needs Strong ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver behavior analytic services to students across three nearby school buildings Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans Collaborate closely with other BCBAs in the district—no direct RBT supervision required Track progress, collect data, and adjust plans for optimal student outcomes Engage in meetings with staff and families to support holistic learning environments
