Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and providing behavioral therapy. Duties Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities Collect and record data on patient behavior Assist in the development and implementation of care plans Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support patients Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively
Required Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology Familiarity with care plans and ADLs Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations Experience in behavioral therapy and patient care Understanding of applied behavior analysis principles Ability to manage behaviors effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities Expertise in behavior management techniques Join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through compassionate care and effective behavioral interventions. IND123
