Job Description

Childwise ABA provides top-tier (ABA) therapy, specializing in individualized treatment for children with autism. Our team of dedicated Behavior Technicians delivers evidence-based interventions that foster growth and independence. Collect and record data on patient behavior. Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively. Compensation and Schedule for Behavioral Technician (BT): Pay range: Hourly $19-$25 per hour Part-time Monday through Friday, Weekends open as well 15-25 hours per week Skills and Qualifications for Behavioral Technician (BT): Behavior Technician (BT) preferred Experienced in working with kids Ability to manage behaviors effectively Reliable and professional Join our team of Behavior Technicians and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through compassionate care and effective behavioral interventions.
