- Engage with all age ranges across natural environments (Clinic, Home, School, Community) What you'll do: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide services across home, school, clinic, and other community settings Train and coach caregivers, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary team members Collaborate with families and external providers to support consistent and effective care
Who You Are:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's Degree in a related mental health field (required) Experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area (required) Must be at least 21 years old Portuguese speaking (preferred) We Hire for HEART!
