Crystal Springs is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. No prior behavior experience required-we will train the right candidate What You'll Do Provide behavioral support in residential, school, and community settings Implement individualized behavior support plans Collect behavioral data and monitor progress Help individuals develop skills and greater independence Work closely with our clinical and residential teams What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent University level coursework or work experience in psychology, education, or a related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to complete required training and certifications If you have your RBT and are ready to move beyond direct implementation and take on greater responsibility in assessments and treatment support, we welcome your application.
