This role involves designing and implementing individualized behavior support plans based on functional behavior assessments. You'll train and mentor direct care staff and interdisciplinary teams in ABA principles, crisis prevention, and data collection , while collaborating with leadership to provide consistent behavioral support. Responsibilities may include providing crisis support, supervising Behavior Specialists, ensuring accurate documentation, and traveling as needed to meet individual needs. The schedule is primarily standard business hours, with occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs. Qualifications:

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, or a related field BCBA certification 3 to 5 years of post-graduate experience assessing, implementing, developing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs and Functional Behavior Assessments Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting A commitment to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months of hire and maintain certifications during employment Valid driver's license in good standing Reliable transportation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn and use other software, such as web-based portals, etc. Experience in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies is preferred
