Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (Part Time) Massachusetts About the Role A growing behavioral health team is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high quality, evidence based support to children and adolescents receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This part time role offers consistent hours, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional development. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior Support skill development in communication, socialization, daily living, and emotional regulation Assist with behavior reduction strategies using positive, ethical interventions Maintain clear, timely documentation Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care What We're Looking For Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with support) High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach Ability to follow clinical direction and maintain professional boundaries Reliable transportation for community based sessions Massachusetts requirements for background checks and clearances must be met Schedule & Setting Part time schedule Consistent caseload with opportunities to add hours Supportive clinical environment with ongoing supervision Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate ($20-$25) Opportunities for career advancement within ABA services Sign on and Relocation bonuses may be available!
