PreK-3rd Grade Position Details PreK-3rd grade caseload Full-time Full school year Consultation-heavy role Responsibilities Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, staff, and student support teams Develop and monitor behavior intervention strategies Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze student data Provide recommendations based on student needs and behavioral data Collaborate with educators and other school-based professionals Support staff in implementing effective behavioral interventions Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning Provide guidance and training related to behavioral strategies and interventions Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with PreK-3 students preferred School-based experience preferred Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to effectively consult with teachers and school personnel Contact Garrett Bliek 470-264-2273 Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
